Return & Refund Policy

Scent satisfaction, guaranteed.

At KingsOud, we take pride in crafting premium, small-batch fragrances that delight your senses. While scent is a deeply personal experience, your satisfaction is our top priority. 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance oils or sprays. We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order.  However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Refunds

If your item is unused, in the original packaging, and you have the original receipt number which was emailed to you, please contact us at sales@kingsoud.com to arrange for a "return authorization".  Returns that arrive which have not been given a "return authorization" will not be accepted. If your item is eligible for a refund (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we’ll issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method once your claim is approved.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval. Return Shipping is the buyer's responsibility.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.  Consider shipping using a method which provides tracking if you wish to return an item.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different scent, you may place a new order after your refund is processed (if applicable).

Method of Refund

Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.  Please allow time for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.  Some institutions are fast in processing card refunds while other banking institutions may require some time to process.

If you have received an email from us stating that we have processed your order, and a reasonable time has passed we recommend you first speak with your bank as they will be able to advise you on the typical time frame it takes to process the refund from their systems.


🛡️ Damaged or Wrong Items?

Please email us at sales@kingsoud.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item(s)

  • A brief description of the issue

We'll get back to you within 24–48 hours to resolve it.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used perfume oils or sprays

  • Sample sets (unless defective)

  • Subscription refills (unless damaged)
