SHIPPING POLICY
We prepare each order individually and perform a quality control check before sending your order out. We require 2-3 business days to process orders before shipping.
TRACKING
Once your item is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the shipping carrier to update their tracking system for you to track your item. In some cases the shipping service may take longer to update their tracking system. In these cases we suggest you call the shipping service directly to obtain more information.

Please note that these shipping delivery timelines are guides only. Shipping carriers may, although not very often, experience delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, airline delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances experienced by the shipping carrier.
PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT
Incorrect shipping addresses can cause delays.
RECOMMENDED DELIVERY RECEIVING LOCATIONS
The delivery service decides where a delivery can be made safely. Please ensure that where you receive your deliveries is safe for the delivery driver to leave your package. If you do not have a secure location for the delivery driver to leave your package please consider having your package shipped to a location where there will be someone there to receive your delivery such as your work. We are not responsible for any loss of items due to anyone other than you receiving your package or any theft from the location where the delivery driver left your package.
Again, please ensure that where you are having your order sent to is a safe location to leave your package.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
Any customs or duties which may be charged to you from your country's custom office to receive your parcel are the responsibility to be paid by the receiver. Kings Oud Fragrance Sales (KingsOud.com) does not collect these fees nor are they included in the price of the product, thus can not be refunded. To determine if your order will be subject to any additional customs and duty fees by your government we suggest you contact your local customs office to inquire. We ship from Canada.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at sales@kingsoud.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as your order may have already been shipped.
RETURNS
By placing an order at KingsOud.com, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Kings Oud Fragrance Sales (KingsOud.com). Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to return your package.
IF TRACKING SAYS ITEM WAS DELIVERED BUT WASN'T RECEIVED
Our shipments are delivered using a method which includes a tracking number. Any order that shows on the shipping company's website as having been delivered but has not been received must be followed up with the shipping company itself. Kings Oud Fragrance Sales is not responsible for any shipments which have been stolen or shown as delivered. You must follow up with the shipping company in this situation, Again please ensure the delivery location is a safe place to leave your parcel. Consider having your parcel delivered to your work if there is any history of parcels being stolen from your home location.
